Day 1 Part 1 - (3rd July 2012)
I stayed in Singapore for a day before flying off to Vietnam the following day.
That's because I took a plane from Changi Airport.
First day in Singapore was uh-so-boring.
Nothing productive was done except for karaoke *yawns*
I had roasted duck for lunch. Can't beat Penang's roasted duck.
By far Penang's roasted duck is the best!
Selecting songs to sing
Changi Airport - Terminal 1
I went there with a bunch of cool and fun students from ITE College West Singapore.
That made my trip even more interesting than ever!
Having them around was totally fun.
They are so hyperactive and also talkative! Plus they are very helpful too.
I miss you guys and girls!!!
ITE College West students :)
Flying with Lion Air
All it took was only TWO HOURS FLY to reach Vietnam from Singapore.
And once we arrived, we had this special bread for lunch.
Motorcycles are the most common thing that you will spot in Vietnam.
Like really really lots of them!
It is one of their cheapest transportation.
We made our first stop at the General Post Office which was located in Ho Chi Minh.
Converted very little money only (just for shopping purposes) because this trip was not totally a vacation trip for me. It's more like a working slash vacation trip. Hence I don't have to pay a single cent for my transportation, hotel and also food.
Consider like a free trip la.
Free and tiring trip.
Will update more soon.
Stay tune for Part 2
PS: Selamat Berpuasa to all my Muslim friends out there :)
