Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur (Islamic Arts Museum / National Museum)

So here's my blog post regarding my cuti-cuti semenanjung Malaysia.
Our first state was in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

We had our breakfast in Putrajaya before we began with our journey.
My nasi lemak that cost me RM10 *vomit blood*
So expensive T___T

Our first stop was the Islamic Arts Museum which is located at Jalan Lembah Perdana.
The entrance fee is RM12 for adults and RM6 for children. You can use your student card for a cheaper price. That's what we did. MMU student card does bring you some benefits even when you've graduated. So our ticket was only about RM6 per person if I'm not mistaken.

Well, this outstanding museum is a home to one of the best collections of Islamic decorative arts in the world. You can find a collection of fabulous textiles, carpets, jewelleries, costumes, architectures and also calligraphic decorations.

They have a display of various types of mosque from all around the world too.

 Pulpit

 Collections of beautiful Quran.

They also have a hand-sized Quran. If you think this is the smallest
Quran you've ever seen, then you're wrong!

Look at this super mini Quran where you need to use a magnifying glass to read. So cool wei.

Certificates in the older days were so huge and colorful.
For example, their wedding certificate.

Boyfie posing with the Marriage Certificate.

Oh and not to forget their Lease Document O__O

A fly whisk that was decorated with Rubies. Dafuq? Such a lucky fly.

Jewelleries

Next stop was the National Museum (Muzium Negara) located at Jalan Damansara.
Entrance Fee is RM5 for adult and RM2 for kids. With a student card it's only RM2 per person.
Operation time is from 9am to 6pm.

Mirul with his wife and kid :)

Boyfriend banyak pattern pula on that day.

At night, we had a small gathering with friends in Zanmai for dinner.

With Stanley, Nicole, Mirul and Fikry

Our delicious food.

Car racing while waiting for our movie - Man of Steel.

It was an enjoyable day for me.
Missing you peeps already :(
