It looks just like some run-down, unnoticeable shop lot. There's no sign of Cho Cha food store from the outside. Instead it's name as Mah Lian Hotel. 

The place is Instagram worthy.

The name cho cha actually means sit and drink tea. Cho is sit while cha means tea.
